From the history and growth of powerlifting as a sport, to programming and peaking considerations, nutrition and weight management for athletes, injury prevention and management, athlete psychology and more.

This course contains material for Registered Exercise Professionals (REP), that is to apply progressive graduated fitness programming for clients that will complement their participation in recreational community fitness/sporting events. This may include working in collaboration with sport coaches to plan and deliver safe exercise programs that relate directly to the fitness components of a sport.
